Ordering at Dixons Bike Shop is easy! You can choose to order online, pick up in-store, or book an appointment for repairs services.

If you choose to order online, simply select the items you need and add them to your cart. You will then be able to checkout and enter your payment information to complete your purchase. Your order will be shipped directly to your door.

In-store pickup is a great option if you need the item quickly and would like to save on shipping costs. If you prefer to pick up your order in-store, you can do so by selecting the “Pick Up In Store” option when you are checking out. You will be able to select the store location, and you can pay for your order online or when you arrive.

If you need repair services, you can book an appointment online. Just select the type of service you need and the date and time that works best for you. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment. Or, if you prefer, you can just stop by the store and speak with one of our technicians.

Your  local online order will typically be ready for pickup within 7-10 business days. If you choose to have your order shipped overseas, it can take up to 14 business days for your items to arrive. However, if you choose to pick up your order from the store, you can usually have it the same day or the next day. Keep in mind that larger orders may take longer to prepare, so it’s best to call ahead and speak with a representative if you need your order by a certain time.

 We want you to be happy with your purchase. For that reason, we offer a generous return policy on bikes, apparels, and accessories.

For bikes and accessories, we will accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Bikes and accessories must be unused and include all original packaging.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of apparels, we do not offer refunds for those items;  however, we are happy to exchange any unworn apparel for something else in the store within 14 days of purchase. 

All returns must have proof of purchase and be in the original packaging. We are happy to help you find the perfect bike, apparel, or accessory and are dedicated to making sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase! If you have any questions about our return policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

If you’re running late for your repairs appointment , the best thing to do is call us as soon as possible to let us know. Depending on how much time has passed since your original appointment and how busy the shop is, we may be able to reschedule your appointment for another time or possibly even fit you in later on in the day. If you don’t call ahead however, we may not be able to provide the service you need in the event we are too busy or have already finished the day’s repairs. This is why it’s  best to call ahead and let us know if you’re running late, so that we can be prepared for your arrival.

At Dixon’s Bike Shop, we do not offer gift cards. We do, however, offer a variety of discounts and promotions throughout the year on select items. In addition to these discounts, we offer free assembly and tune-up services for all in-store bike purchases. We are always looking for ways to show our appreciation for our loyal customers, so be on the look out for updates and special offers!

We offer  comprehensive monthly maintenance services that are designed to keep your bike running in peak condition for years to come . Our certified mechanics will inspect your bike to make sure all components are in good working order. We’ll adjust brakes, tighten bolts, check tire pressure and inflate tires if necessary. We’ll also lubricate the chain and derailleur, clean and adjust the drivetrain, check the headset and bottom bracket for wear and more. If any worn or damaged parts are found, we will discuss changes and replace them with genuine parts. Additionally, our technicians will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or concerns you may have. 

When ordering from Dixons Bikeshop, you can be sure that your credit or debit card information is safe and secure. The website uses the latest encryption technology to protect your data, and all transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. Furthermore, customer information and card details are never stored in our system. You can rest assured that your personal information is never shared with third parties. In short, ordering from Dixons Bikeshop online is perfectly safe and secure.

 We provide a one-year limited warranty on all bike and accessory products. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects that occur with the product during normal use and is in effect from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover any damage or wear and tear that results from misuse or neglect. If your product does not meet our warranty standards, you can contact us for a return or exchange. We also offer extended warranties for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information about our warranties and how to make a claim.

Yes, you can make changes to an order you already placed from our online store. To do so, you will need to contact our customer service team. Depending on the type of change you need to make, we may be able to assist in adjusting your order. Please note that if the order has already been dispatched, it may not be possible to make changes.

If you need to cancel an order from Dixons Bike Shop, the process is relatively simple. First, you will need to contact the shop directly by phone or email to let us know you wish to cancel your order. Be sure to include your order number so we can easily identify your purchase. Once the customer service team has received your request, we will process the cancellation and provide you with further information or instructions.This may include a refund. Depending on the payment method used, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.
